Veterinary practice management things that I scribbled down this morning because I wanted to give you anidea of what you could expect and at some of Veterinary practice management the stuff that has been floating around in the vpm Club facebook group and you've noticed that I haven't timed it because it's more than just telling you about policies and procedures there's more to absenteeism or reviews or you know financials or marketing than just the. P rocesses and the procedures there's a whole emotional aspect to all of it so we'll discuss the absenteeism and the tardiness why that's happening and somebody just emailed me this morning saying that they had to terminate a long-term employee and it was very emotional it had to happen but it was very emotional and that's something that we will be discussing in the mastermind group not. O nly that but you will have the of those  people in that group who are going to be supportive and who you
